Do the pictures on the website reflect how much we get portion-wise?
The 2nd and 4th photos will show you what portions we provide per person.
How is everything presented?
Everything will come to you packed inside of airtight plastic platters, keeping your food fresh and safe for transportation. You then have the option to present the buffet on your own crockery or simply pop off the lids and enjoy. We pack these platters inside of insulated cool boxes, which keeps food cool for up to 8 hours.
What time do you deliver?
We deliver between 8am – 12pm Monday to Friday. For weekend orders we will work with you to find the most suitable time to deliver. If you need your order delivering at a different time, please contact the office to discuss this before placing your order.
Do you have a minimum order value?
Our minimum order value is £20 for 8am – 12pm midweek deliveries. We require a minimum order value of £100 for weekend and evening deliveries.
Can we have half of our buffet option A and the rest option B?
Yes, we will deliver the food as you order it; these will be combined as one larger buffet unless you place two separate orders.
How late can I place an order?
Orders must be placed by 5pm the day prior to delivery, or by 5pm on Friday for delivery Monday. Any weekend orders must be placed by 12pm Wednesday.
How does payment work?
Businesses can pay by card at the time of placing their order, either online on our website or over the phone. We can also offer businesses the option to set up a credit account, wherein an invoice is sent over on the day of delivery. This can then be paid via BACs, with our payment terms being 30 days.
Personal events must be paid upfront by card either online or over the phone.
Do you provide plates and napkins with the food?
We provide disposable plates and napkins with all sandwich buffet orders at no extra charge. If you do not require these, please leave them in the box for us to collect.
These cool boxes are cool, can we keep them?
Our drivers will come back the following working day to collect the boxes, along with any empty platters. These are industrial boxes and if one is lost there is a replacement charge of £90+VAT.
