How much food should I provide for each person?
This depends on your event and the guests attending. A big event might require more food, for example we provide 3 course meals which would be appropriate for that . For a smaller event like an office meeting, we provide sandwich buffets so people can choose how much they want to eat. We offer support alongside our catering so feel free to ask us any questions if you are unsure about what to provide or how much.
Do catering companies offer alcohol?
We do not offer alcohol as part of our services, however you can still provide your own alcohol at events if you wish.
What services do catering companies provide?
We provide a range of services perfect for any private or corporate event. We provide Hot Buffets, Sandwich Buffets, Hog Roasts, BBQ’S, Breakfast, Canapés, Kids Parties and 3 Course Meals.
Are deposits refundable?
If you request a refund at least 30 days before the event, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Why is catering important for an event?
Most events will require food for guests. Using a catering service is the best option to ensure all your guests are catered for with plenty of great food. All our services can be tailored to your exact needs, so catering takes the stress away from feeding all of your guests.
How much does catering cost?
Our prices vary depending on the service. All our services are affordable and we have plenty of options ranging from many different prices. We have hot buffets that are £18 per person, and hog roasts starting from £550 for up to 50 people.
How to organise catering for an event?
Communicate all of your needs with your catering service so everything is perfect. All of our services are tailored so it can be organised however you want it to be. We aim to create a friendly and stress free service, to help you have the perfect event.
What do you need for catering at an event?
We provide everything from plates and cutlery as well as the food, so all you would need is a venue.
Do we charge for delivery?
No delivery is free for with all orders.
How many does one buffet serve?
One buffet serves one person, so if you’re ordering for 4 people then you would need to order 4 buffets.
Is there a minimum number for weekend orders?
For cold food the order would need to be worth around £100 and for hot food we need to be catering for at least 40 people.
Is there a vegan/ veggie hog roast option?
Our typical vegan / veggie option is pulled BBQ jackfruit cobs. We charge an extra £2.50 per vegan /veggie option, so if 4 of the people we were catering for were vegan we’d charge an extra £10 and so on.
Can you provide dishes that aren’t on the menu?
Yes, if people let us know what they’re looking for we can discuss on our end and come back with a quote for the order.
How much comes with each buffet?
per 1 buffet / person (they’re interchangeable here), people get 3 triangle sandwiches and ½ a wrap. Buffets with savouries come with 3 savouries out of the selection per person. Buffets with cakes come with 1 cake per person. There’s also one portion of crisps / litre carton of juice for every 4 people.
