What we bring to Sheffield
Delivered catering is the bulk of it: working lunches, board meetings, training days and client visits. A buffet is made to order, packed cold or hot-held, and arrives exactly as it left.
For the bigger occasions we bring the kitchen with us. A hog roast is carved in front of your guests from £795, and a barbecue is cooked on site at £13.00 a head for fifty or more. Both want booking further ahead than a delivered buffet, so settle the date first.
Where we deliver in Sheffield
Sheffield Business Park out towards the airport is our busiest Sheffield destination by a clear margin, along with Hawke Street and the Meadowhall estates nearby. In the city centre and Kelham Island we deliver to professional offices and consultancies, and out to Crookes and Fulwood, Handsworth and Darnall, and Chapeltown to the north.
We also cover Rotherham, which we have delivered to for years and which sits comfortably inside the same round as the eastern side of Sheffield.
Delivery is free to every one of those districts. Buffet orders carry a £20 minimum and the same 4pm cut-off as everywhere else we serve; event catering is booked ahead and quoted on the job.
Why Sheffield offices order from us
Two things, mostly. The first is that we publish our prices (sandwich buffets from £5.50 a head, breakfast from £3.35) so you can work out what a lunch for twenty costs without ringing anybody or waiting a day for a quote.
The second is the credit account. Firms that order more than occasionally get invoiced monthly instead of paying per delivery, which removes the small administrative nuisance of putting a £90 buffet through expenses every fortnight. A standing weekly order can be set up once and simply repeats.
Everything is made fresh the morning it is delivered, at a kitchen holding 5 out of 5 for food hygiene, awarded by Ashfield District Council.

Do you deliver to Sheffield?
Yes, and free: right across the city, out to Chapeltown and Handsworth, and over into Rotherham. Sheffield Business Park is where we deliver most often.
You are based in Nottinghamshire, does that matter?
For delivered catering, very little: a buffet is made, packed and driven, and the drive is the simple part. For a hog roast carved in front of guests or a full day on site, a caterer closer to Sheffield is the better answer and we will tell you so.
What is the cut-off for next-day delivery?
4pm on the previous working day for buffet delivery, the same as everywhere we serve. A Monday delivery closes at 4pm on the Friday. Event catering is booked ahead rather than to a cut-off.
What does office catering cost?
Sandwich buffets start at £5.50 a head and breakfast at £3.35, with a £20 minimum on buffet orders. Prices are per person, exclude VAT, and are published on this site so you can budget a meeting without waiting for a quote.
Can we be invoiced monthly instead of paying each time?
Yes. A credit account means one invoice a month rather than a card payment per delivery, which is how most of our regular Sheffield customers order. Apply through the credit account page.
Can you handle a standing weekly order?
Yes. We agree the menu and the delivery slot once and it repeats each week, with changes by a phone call or an email whenever numbers move.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
All of the usual ones: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and halal. Give us the count for each when the order goes in and they arrive plated separately and labelled, ready to set out with the rest.
Do you deliver to reception or to a meeting room?
Whichever you need. Tell us where it should go and any access details when you order (barrier codes, floor numbers, a goods entrance) and the driver takes it there.
