ABOUT KIDS CLUB LUNCHES
Lunches kids love, made for clubs
Our kids lunches are designed around balanced, allergen-aware menus that keep energy levels up through busy club days.
Individually packed and clearly labelled, with full allergen information for total peace of mind.
The hard part of a holiday club is not the food, it is the count. Attendance moves daily, sometimes hourly, and a setting that ordered eighty on Monday may need fifty-five on Thursday. We work to the number you give us the day before, and if that number moves again, ring. A change in the morning is usually manageable where a change at noon is not.
Individually packed matters more than it sounds. A shared platter has to be watched by an adult who knows which child cannot have what; a labelled box does that job itself, and it keeps working when the child is sitting on a field.

PRICING
Every kids club menu is quoted to your setting
Daily numbers, age groups, allergen needs and delivery times all shape the cost, so we price each kids club menu properly properly. Tell us what you are planning and we will send a clear per-head price the same working day. Per head from £5.25, delivered free, and the price does not change because a box has to be dairy-free. Allergen versions cost the same as the standard one, because charging a premium for a child’s medical requirement is not something we are willing to do.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
Kids Club Lunches, your questions answered
What are kids’ club lunches for?
Holiday clubs, half-term schemes, summer play schemes and any organised activity where children need feeding at lunchtime. We deliver, you serve.
How do allergies work?
Tell us the requirements when you order: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and halal are all standard, and those portions are prepared separately and clearly labelled. With children, labelling matters more than anywhere else we cater.
How much notice do you need?
Order by 4pm for the next working day. For a run of days across a half-term or a summer scheme, ring us and we will set the whole block up at once.
Can you deliver every day of a holiday club?
Yes. We agree the menu and the delivery slot once and it repeats for as long as the scheme runs, with numbers adjusted by a phone call as attendance changes.
How does it arrive?
In airtight platters inside insulated cool boxes, which hold temperature for up to eight hours. Our driver collects the boxes the next working day.
Is there a minimum order?
£20 excluding VAT, and delivery is free across our area. There is no minimum number of children.
How do we pay?
Card at the time of ordering, or a credit account with a monthly invoice, which is usually simpler for a council, a school or a charity running a scheme across several weeks.
Can you work with our HAF funding?
Yes. Holiday Activities and Food programmes are a good share of what we deliver over the summer, and the per-head model fits how that funding is usually reported. Tell us the scheme and the numbers and we will invoice in a way your finance team can reconcile.
What if a child’s allergy is not on the standard list?
Tell us and we will build to it. The common ones (nuts, dairy, gluten, egg) are routine. Anything less common is still workable with a little notice, and it is much better handled at the ordering stage than by somebody reading a label at lunchtime.
Do you deliver every day of a club, or all at once?
Every day. Lunches are prepared on the morning they go out, so a week’s worth delivered on Monday would not be food anybody should eat on Friday. A daily drop is the standard arrangement and it costs no more.
